“As a local Japanese citizen living in Tokyo, my first impression of Urban Terrace Minami Urawa, when I visited my friend, was that it was big and bright. I have never seen a share house this size, and the whole room itself felt warm with the wood flooring, cozy sofas, and the big window that let the sunlight in the room. I was also amazed by how convenient the kitchen was. It was so big and there were many new and clean kitchenware and electronics prepared. Once we finished cooking, we moved to the study room to work on our project. Inside the study room was very quiet, but because the room was glass-sided, the room felt open. Overall, Urban Terrace Minami Urawa has a modern, spacious, big, relaxing, and bright environment that you can find nowhere else in Japan.”

“Hi everyone, I'm Tien, and I'm 25 years old. I come from Oh Chi Minh, in Vietnam. My hobbies are playing sports and reading books. I currently came to live in Tokyo because of my job. In my opinion, Tokyo is one of the leading developed cities in the world, the streets are always crowded with local and foreign people, and there are many places to visit. When I have free time, I like to spend time visiting and taking pictures as a reminder of the peculiarity and beauty of this city. I especially enjoyed walking through Akihabara, the electronic district. Urban Terrace Minami Urawa is not rented by me. It is leased by the company I work for in Japan. It is situated in a convenient location near the station, perfect because we don't have to hurry to work this way. Here there are people from different nationalities, that help us exchange our opinions and culture and therefore, feel happy about our residence.”

“My name is Ai I. I am a local Japanese citizen living in Saitama, and I’m also a fan of a boy band called “Bullet Train” and I like to go to their concerts. In Tokyo, there are many different types of people living freely. It is such an attractive place, as you can see and feel various life styles and cultures in the city. There are people working, visitors from far away, and even people enjoying cosplay. You will never be bored of this place. As for Japan, I love its distinct four seasons. In Spring, we can see the cherry blossom, in Summer, we can swim at the beach, in fall, we can eat grilled sweet potato, and in winter, we can enjoy skiing. I am renting a room in Urban Terrace Minami Urawa share house as a company dorm. I was amazed by the spacious living room and the convenient kitchen. We can also watch movies on a big projector, so I highly recommend this place!”

“My name is Ryo I. My hometown is Takarazuka City, in Hyogo Prefecture. I like to meet and get to know new people. My hobbies are going to Japanese rock bands and idol concerts, discovering and eating delicious food. I personally think that Tokyo is an amazing city with high-speed information and lots of exciting people! The reason I chose this share house, Urban Terrace Minami Urawa is that it was the employee dormitory of the company where I used to work. Also, I enjoy spending time on the main common areas, because it's spacious and equipped with all the facilities one may need. We have a big plasma TV and a big projector, therefore some days, with my other housemates, we gather up and watch TV programs, concerts, films and so on. I'm happy to be here because it's incredibly comfortable. “

“Hello, I’m Daniel. The dorm, Higashi-Fushimi is nice and quiet. Everything is well organized and well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. Also at my dorm, I had the option to include meals, both breakfast and dinner, which I did. The meals were very good and no two meals were the same. The meals were served in a nice common dining hall, where I got into contact with my fellow students and made a lot of international and Japanese friends.”

“Hi, I'm M. Ohya, I'm currently working in the NAVY(We call JMSDF: Japan Maritime Self Defense Force). Fortunately, I got an opportunity to study in the military college in Tokyo from this spring. That is why now I'm living separately from my wife and 6 years old son who are living in Kyoto. I chose to come here, in Urban Terrace Minami-Urawa, after comparing it with more than 30 share houses around Tokyo. I also visited some of them, then finally arrived here. Here are some points that helped me decide: Location= easy to access to Tokyo. Rent= reasonable than others. Well equipped= enough storage, shower and toilet in the private room, there's a clean common area. House mates= there's a nice balance of ages, genders and nationalities. Brand new= the share house is newly renovated. Throughout my 20 years carrier as Navy officer, I have been travelling a lot: I visited more than thirty countries. Now I'm thinking "It's my turn" to welcome those who come from foreign countries and I'm eager to support their lives and show them places, restaurants and so on. Staying abroad made me open my eyes, and now I want to know their country. If you are wondering about flying to Japan, I highly recommend you coming to the Urban Terrace Minami-Urawa!”

“Hello, my name is Yuuki S. I am Japanese, and I come from Akita, . I work as a Physical therapist since I graduated from college. My hobby is to work out since university. I studied Physical therapy when I was a student. At the moment, It’s difficult to work out, but as soon as I will have the chance I’ll start again. I came to the capital because I wanted to find a job and to work in a big city, full of opportunities, such as Tokyo. Here one can find a lot of people that come from other prefectures, and from all over the world. Nowadays, one can connect with anyone in the world by using SNS. Nevertheless, if you meet someone offline, you get energized and strive to become a better person. Why I chose Urban Terrace Minami Urawa? This place is cheaper than other share houses I came across while searching for accommodation. Moreover, I thought that the common area, the common bathrooms and the kitchen, were clean, accessible and modern when I came to visit for the first time. The surrounding areas are nice, quiet and convenient. I don’t regret coming here!”
