The retro pendant lights that are set up throughout the share house gives soft lights to the room, which helps to create a cafe-like interior.
In the big, open share kitchen, we have prepared stylish kitchen appliances from BALMUDA.
The entrance has a great security with auto lock and security cameras. There are sinks in every floor, with dryers, laundry machines, and drying machines. There are 2 bathrooms, 8 shower rooms, and 10 toilets with Washlet. Wifi is available, and each person can park one bicycle for free.

Urban Terrace Kamishakujii is only 8 minutes walk away from Kamishakujii station on Seibu Shinjuku Line. The express train stops at Kamishakujii as well, so using the express, you can get to Takadanobaba in only 2 stops, 13 minutes, and to Shinjuku in just 3 stops, 16 minutes. Once you get off at Takadanobaba, you can transit and get to big cities like Ikebukuro, Shibuya, and Otemachi in around 30 minutes!
