Once you get to the building, the simple, modern, gray facade with warm, retro entrance lights will welcome you home. When you step inside, the vast lounge filled with soothing, purple tile carpet awaits. In the central part of the lounge, there is a raised floor with herringbone flooring, green low sofa and low table. Some Fritz Hansen chairs and tables surrounds the area, with the bookshelf, greens on the wall, and the pendant light creating a calming environment. You can also take a look at the greens in Fujigaoka from the window. This Danish Modern Lounge will vividly color your daily life.

SImilarly, we have created a Danish Modern style theatre room, as well as a fitness room for men and women, that will allow you to release your stress and enjoy your private time at home. In the theatre room, we have set up a projector and a sofa, and near the women’s fitness room, we have put women’s shower room, unit baths, and laundry room for your convenience. The men’s training room is located on the basement floor with a high ceiling and a training machine, which will allow you to freely move your body. Men’s shower room, unit baths, and laundry room are also in the basement.

Access to Urban Terrace Fujigaoka

Urban Terrace Fujigaoka is located just 9 minutes walk away from Fujigaoka station, on Denentoshi Line. Although the express train does not stop at Fujigaoka station, if you ride on the local train and get off at Azamino station (three stops) to get on the express train, you can get to Shibuya station in 32 minutes! On the same line, you can get to Mizonokuchi station in 21 minutes and to Futakotamagawa station (fashionable city) in 25 minutes. If you use the train that connects to Oimachi Line, you can get to Jiyugaoka station in 27 minutes. In addition, if you get off at Nagatsuta station to ride on Yokohama Line, you can get to Machida station in 17 minutes, where there are shopping malls that are directly connected from the station like Lumine, Odakyu Department Store, and Modi. In Kanagawa Prefecture, if you get off at Azamino station and ride on the Blue Line, you can get to Center Kita station (a nice place for shopping and watching movies) in 17 minutes, Yokohama station in 38 minutes, and Kawasaki station in 41 minutes. If you get off at Mizonokuchi Station and ride on JR Nambu line, you can get to Musashikosugi station in 27 minutes.

Safe, Cheerful Place with Many Children Living in the Area

With many elementary schools, middle schools, and parks near the station, Fujigaoka has a cheerful and safe environment to live in.

In the north side, there is a shopping district, where individual shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and drugstores all combined in one place. It is a nice place to hangout on your free time!

As for transportation, Tokyu Denentoshi line is available, which takes you to places like Shibuya and Yokohama in about 30 - 40 minutes! Be careful of the rush hours though, because Denentoshi line can be very packed!
