The third sharehouse of the Urban Terrace series is now open in Dokkyodaigakumae! The sharehouse is located 8 minutes walk away from Dokkyodaigakumae station, and 15 minutes walk away from Dokkyo University. You can get to central cities in Tokyo in about 50 minutes, and there are MEGA Don Quijote, Cainz, and Japanese public spa and bath within walking distance from the sharehouse. This sharehouse is convenient for commuting and for leisures on the weekend!
The charm of this sharehouse is the relaxing common room.
In the Lounge area, we have a calming, antique sofa, where you can watch TV, play games, or talk with your flatmates. The counter seats are suitable for co-working!
At the Bar, we have created a masculine interior using bricks and iron materials, and placed traditional British Chesterfield Sofa and Dalton bar chairs. This bar is a perfect place to have a drink while enjoying stereo, record player, listening to music or watching movies on the projector, or even reading a book.
In the Beauty room made exclusively for women, we prepared beauty electronics such as Ion steamer and hair irons.
In this sharehouse, there are also a soundproof studio where you can practice playing your instruments, a study room and a fitness room, where you can relax but also fulfill your time.
There are 69 individual rooms in total, with an area of 12.7㎡. Each room comes with an air conditioner, a desk, a bed, a fridge, a closet, and other home electronics.
Each room will also be given a shoe box and a post box at the entrance, and a small pantry at the kitchen. Bath rooms, Shower rooms, and Laundry rooms are all gender-separated. The washing machine comes with a drying machine.
In the Kitchen, there are cooking appliances like Microwave and Kettle, and other kitchenware as well as a fridge.

Urban Terrace Dokkyodaigakymae is just 8 walk minutes away from Dokkyodaigakumae Station (Tobu Skytree Line)! From Dokkyodaigakumae Station, using the Tobu Skytree line, you can get to Soka in two minutes, and to Asakusa and Ueno in around 30 minutes. Then, using the connecting Tokyo Metro lines, you can get to Tokyo Metropolitan area in just one line.
Even to Saitama prefecture, you can get to Koshigaya in 8 minutes, Koshigaya Lake Town in 21 minutes, Shinmisatorara City, where there are Costco, Lalaport and IKEA in 28 minutes, Urawa in 44 minutes, and Omiya in 50 minutes.

Dokkyodaigakumae is a safe and fun place full of houses for families and for students.
Near the station is convenient for shopping and leisure, with stores like Tobu Store, Don Quijote and much more!
There are also plenty of restaurants from “Izakaya” to family restaurants near the station as well!
As for transportation, apart from the train, there are also buses that goes to Soka Station and Shinden Station with some stops in between. If you miss the last train, don’t worry! You can use the midnight buses from Ueno Station or Kitasenju station.
There is Ayase River on the east side, where you can also enjoy the greens and fresh air. There are more schools on the west side, and the city is rather new, with students and family everywhere, so there is a bright atmosphere there!
